5 ways to transform your bedroom

You don’t need to spend a cent to transform your sleeping quarters into a low tox bedroom space.

If you set time aside to follow these 5 free easy steps, you will have a much better sleep.

1/ Declutter, clear up piles of bedside table mess, get into a habit of putting away your socks and clothes. Make way for a low tox mind and good air flow.

2/ Get all electronics out, or at least switch these off. you don’t need your mobile phone on all night next to your bed, or watch TV or work on a laptop. The bedroom is for resting not working.

3/ Dust it thoroughly every week, so dust doesn’t accumulate on bedside tables and bedroom furniture. That also includes regular vacuums on polished floors, rugs and carpet.

4/ Air your mattress and turn it over regularly. Place pillows in the sun and open up blinds and windows to let natural light to flood the room.

5/ Leave the window open to get some fresh air on a daily basis if its not completely freezing outside.
