How much is shipping?
Australian customers:
• Nationwide with Australia Post $8.95 standard postage
or $11.90 for tracking with signature
• Orders over $50.00 are free.
Overseas customers: please contact us for details
How long will shipping take?
Australian customers: Postage within Australia take 3-6 business days to all metro areas, and 3-8 business days for rural deliveries. Due to the impacts of COVID-19 on freight services, we are extending our delivery time frames by 4 business days.
Order delays:
Please note there may be a delay in the delivery of your order in some locations, due to the impact of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak on freight services. Please keep an eye on your tracking details and contact your local post office for more details.
Return policy
We realise that trying out solid natural products can be new and tricky! Get in touch via email at shop @ kirraearth.com.au if you have any questions and want to know more about our products and we would be happy to assist you.
We will refund you what you paid for our products after you have sent them back. You may have brought the wrong product/s and haven’t used these as yet. If so we require it returned in its original packaging with tamper seal proof on within 30 days of purchase / delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied the bar/s must be sent back at 75% or more of their original size. Once received, we will confirm the condition of the bar/s, and then process the refund, minus shipping. Shipping costs are non – refundable.
You are responsible for postage and can return the bar/s direct to our KIRRA EARTH head office.

If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Typically refunds take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop @ kirraearth.com.au.
